Presentation – Guadeloupe

Karu'Lis is a company based in Guadeloupe, founded in 2015, specializing in urban mobility and transportation solutions. Our mission is to make travel easier for both residents and visitors by offering accessible, convenient, and tailored services to meet everyone's needs.

The STAC (Société de Transport de l’Agglomération Centre) is a simplified joint-stock company that has been managing the entire KARU’LIS network on behalf of the SMTPCM (Syndicat Mixte des Transports du Petit Cul de sac Marin) since 2011.

It serves the territories of the municipalities of Abymes, Baie-Mahault, Gosier, Pointe-à-Pitre, Sainte-Anne, and Saint-François, which form the PTU (Périmètre des Transports Urbains).

The SMTPCM has entrusted the STAC with the operation of the Karu’Lis network under a public service delegation contract, which is subject to a competitive tender process.
